1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "Player," or "you") and playyime ("playyime," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the playyime website located at https://playyime.club and all associated services, games, features, and content (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing the Platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or participating in any game or promotion offered by playyime, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and, if applicable, close your playyime account.

2. Eligibility

To register and use playyime, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration. This age requirement is mandated by Philippine law and is strictly enforced by playyime.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity) acting on your own behalf.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current or former employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of playyime, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the Platform or any other gambling platform operated by playyime or its affiliates.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of the Philippines.

playyime reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including but not limited to government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension or termination.

3. Account Registration

To access real-money games and services on playyime, you must register for an account. When registering, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number.
• Maintain and promptly update your account information to ensure it remains accurate and complete at all times.
• Register only one (1) account per person. Multiple accounts are strictly prohibited. If playyime discovers that you hold more than one account, all duplicate accounts will be suspended and any balances therein may be forfeited.
• Keep your login credentials — including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) — strictly confidential. You must not share your credentials with any third party.
• Notify playyime immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.

playyime reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason for such refusal.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

playyime supports a range of payment methods commonly used in the Philippines, including GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank bank transfers. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise stated.

• Deposits: Deposits are credited to your playyime account promptly upon confirmation from the payment provider. Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed on the deposit page.
• Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and may require you to submit supporting documentation. playyime aims to process approved withdrawal requests within the timeframes stated on the withdrawal page, subject to payment provider processing times.
• Payment Method Consistency: Withdrawals will generally be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, subject to the limits and availability of that method.
• Currency: All account balances, deposits, and withdrawals are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱). playyime is not responsible for any currency conversion fees charged by your bank or payment provider.
• Inactive Accounts: Accounts that have been inactive for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be subject to an inactivity fee as detailed in the fee schedule on the Platform. playyime will provide advance notice before applying any such fee.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

playyime offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms attached to each individual promotion:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. playyime reserves the right to exclude any player from any promotion at its sole discretion.
• All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier and eligible games will be specified in the promotion's individual terms.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless otherwise stated. Attempting to claim multiple bonuses simultaneously may result in all bonuses being voided.
• Bonuses obtained through fraudulent means, including the use of multiple accounts, collusion, or exploitation of software errors, will be voided and the relevant accounts suspended.
• playyime reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• In the event of any dispute regarding a bonus or promotion, playyime's decision shall be final and binding.

6. Gameplay Rules

All games available on the playyime Platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules. In addition:

• playyime uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for applicable games to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes.
• In the event of a technical malfunction or error during gameplay, playyime reserves the right to void the affected round and refund the wager to the player's account.
• playyime is not responsible for any losses arising from a player's failure to understand the rules of a game before playing.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within each game interface.
• playyime reserves the right to void any bet or game result that is the product of a software error, data corruption, or any other technical fault.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the playyime Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account or registering on behalf of another person.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any other time.
• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering or fraud.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Engaging in any form of cheating, including card counting in live dealer games where prohibited by game rules.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any part of the Platform.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing playyime staff or other players.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the playyime Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, and the overall design and layout of the Platform, is the property of playyime or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of playyime.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, playyime shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

playyime's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your playyime account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

playyime does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. You access and use the Platform at your own risk.

10. Responsible Gaming

playyime is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We provide the following tools to help players manage their gambling activity:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from your account settings.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications when you have been playing for a specified period.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a temporary or permanent self-exclusion from the Platform at any time by contacting playyime support.
• Reality Checks: Enable periodic pop-up reminders showing your session duration and net gaming activity.

11. Account Suspension and Termination

playyime reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms.
• playyime suspects fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activity in connection with your account.
• You have provided false or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent time.
• playyime is required to do so by applicable law, regulation, or order of a competent authority.
• Your account has been inactive for an extended period as defined in the Platform's fee schedule.

Upon termination of your account for cause, playyime reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance in your account. Where termination is not due to a breach by you, any verified balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to applicable verification requirements.

You may close your playyime account at any time by contacting our support team. Closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe, and any verified balance will be returned to you after all pending wagering requirements have been assessed.

12. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute between you and playyime, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter amicably through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days of written notice, either party may refer the matter to the appropriate regulatory authority or competent courts of the Philippines.

playyime operates in compliance with applicable PAGCOR (Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation) regulations. Players who believe their complaint has not been adequately addressed by playyime may escalate the matter to PAGCOR through the appropriate channels.
